Questions
Everything else you’re wondering
Do I have to set up each due date manually? +
No. You tell CXOLens which registrations an entity holds, and it generates the full statutory calendar — every GST, TDS, IT, ROC, PF, PT, MLWF and POSH deadline — automatically for the year. No templates, no data entry.
How does multi-entity pricing work? +
You pay per entity — your first entity is one price, and each additional entity is lower. Every entity includes 20 users and 20 GB, and you can add extra users or storage as add-ons. See the Pricing page for current figures.
Can I give my auditor access? +
Yes — invite your statutory or internal auditor with time-boxed access to exactly the entities and data they need: read-only by default, with optional download access if you allow it. No shared logins, no emailing folders around.
We outsource compliance to an external consultant — can they work in CXOLens? +
Yes, and this is where CXOLens really earns its place. Give your consultant (or CA/CS firm) their own role-based login, scoped to only the entities and compliances you assign them. They record filings and attach documents inside CXOLens — and you see all of it on your own dashboard: what they did, whether it was on time, and the evidence. Every item they complete can then be reviewed and verified by your team (maker-checker). So instead of chasing email updates and trusting a status, you supervise outsourced compliance with real oversight and a full audit trail.
How does CXOLens help during due diligence? +
When a buyer, investor or lender runs diligence, your compliance record is already in one place — every entity, every filing, the documents attached, and who verified each item and when. Instead of reconstructing years of GST, TDS, PF and ROC history from scattered spreadsheets and inboxes, you (or an external auditor you invite) can show an organized, current record in minutes. Note: CXOLens organizes and tracks what your team records and verifies — it doesn’t file with or verify against government portals, so the underlying compliance responsibility stays with you.
Where is our data stored? +
On AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) — entirely within India. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and isolated per entity and verified by an automated cross-tenant test suite. We’re building CXOLens to align with India’s DPDP Act, 2023.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes, 14 days, no card required. Add your entities, watch the calendars build, and see the whole thing work before you pay.
